Today is a good day, although it could be much better if I got your b.d gift. The weather is really lovely. We hold our MMC family BBQ party happily:) Here’re some pics. I pasted them here prior anywhere else to share the good time with all you folks on evp.



Here’s the harbor outside the building. In total there were 4 BBQ grills and loads of high quality food. I was working on the 4th one on the right of this picture dedicated to vegetarians. After the party we were kidding on each other. I was told last year I was only ok for a job like an assistant. This year I was upgraded to a cook for vegetarians. Maybe next year I’m going to play with sausages. Haha, finally when I finish my Phd, I can cook everything like burgers, kebabs and fillets whatever at KFC or Mcdonalds:) Sure I’m qualified to cook some absolutely delicious spicy mexican bbq pork chops for you if you’d like a try:).


 



No doubt alcohol is extremely essential:)


 



In a lab you can find anything you can imagine for cooking. Eg. the tank we used for keeping alcohol. What the heck dose healthy and safty rule mean? Who cares:)

However, I still have to work in the lab for some gene transfections after the cooking. I really should organize my timetable better. What a shame. 以上：）
